These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of dental prosthodontic products and services by Western Crown and Bridge Laboratory (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By placing an order, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to:

• Dental professionals and clinics (“B2B clients”), and
• Patients and individuals (“B2C clients”)

3.1 Dental Professionals

Personal information may include:

• All work must be supported by a valid prescription
• The prescribing clinician is responsible for:

• Accuracy and completeness of information
• Clinical suitability
• Obtaining patient consent

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice
• Any updated pricing applies to new orders placed after the change
• Payment terms will be agreed with the client (e.g. account terms, credit arrangements, or upfront payment)
• All invoices must be paid in accordance with agreed terms
• We reserve the right to suspend or delay work where payment is overdue

Turnaround times are estimates only.

Typical turnaround times may range from 1 working day to approximately 3 weeks, depending on factors such as:

• Case complexity
• Type of appliance
• Materials used
• Quality and completeness of information provided
• Workload and production requirements

Delays may also occur due to external factors, including courier services or supply issues.

We do not guarantee completion or delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.

• Delivery is arranged via third-party couriers unless otherwise agreed
• Risk passes to the client upon dispatch
• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by couriers

• Remakes or adjustments may be accepted at our discretion
• Requests for remakes or adjustments must be made within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The original prosthesis and supporting materials may be required for assessment

Remakes may be accepted where:

• The product does not match the prescription, or
• There is a manufacturing defect

Remakes may be refused or charged where issues arise from:

• Poor or inaccurate impressions or scans
• Incorrect or incomplete prescriptions
• Changes made after approval
• Clinical or patient-related factors

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate outcome, including repair, adjustment, or remake.

Warranty for all products is subject to the terms set out in Schedule A (Warranty Policy) below.

All warranties are:

• Limited to defects in materials and workmanship
• Subject to specific conditions, exclusions, and timeframes

You agree to:

• Provide accurate prescriptions
• Ensure quality of impressions/scans
• Obtain patient consent
• Comply with professional and legal requirements

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Follow care and maintenance instructions

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product
• We are not liable for:

• Clinical outcomes
• Chair time or treatment costs
• Indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

All designs, models, and technical work remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

We handle all personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Website content is for general information only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may use staff images with consent. Patient information or images are not used without explicit consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

We provide a limited warranty on dental prosthetic products manufactured by us.

This warranty applies only to:

• Defects in materials
• Faults in laboratory workmanship

This warranty does not guarantee clinical outcomes or patient satisfaction.

Fixed Restorations
(Crowns, Bridges, Zirconia, Metal-based)

• Up to 3 years

Implant Prosthetics (Lab Components Only)

• Up to 2 years
• Does not cover implant failure or surgical outcomes

Removable Prosthetics
(Full or Partial Dentures)

• Up to 6 months

Splints and Appliances
(Retainers, bite splints, night guards)

• Up to 3 months

Temporary Appliances
(Provisional restorations)

• Up to 30 days only

We will repair or remake a product where:

• A material or manufacturing defect is confirmed, or
• The product does not match the prescription

Clinical Factors

• Incorrect prescriptions
• Poor impressions or scans
• Changes in treatment plans

Patient Factors

• Wear and tear
• Misuse, accidents, or trauma
• Poor oral hygiene
• Medical or biological conditions

Other

• Adjustments by third parties
• Failure to follow care instructions

To make a claim:

• Notify us within the warranty period
• Return the original prosthesis if required
• Provide case details
• Ensure accounts are up to date

We will assess the claim and determine the outcome.

Warranty is limited to:

• Repair
• Adjustment
• Replacement

We are not responsible for clinical costs, chair time, or indirect losses.

Dental prosthetic devices are custom-made and depend on:

• Clinical placement
• Patient-specific conditions
• Ongoing care and maintenance

Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
